TW-DAY Translation provides a Non-Disclosure Agreement (in English, Chinese or Japanese standard format) upon request. The document of interest and all relevant files, including all electronic files, publications, CDs, etc. will be destroyed within 3 to 6 months* of the completion of translation. Your personal information and documents will not be released or disclosed to a third party or used for purposes other than translation.
